Manila V.O. - Waiting for the Passport with the Visa

hello... good day po sa inyo. Tanong ko lang po, meron po ba ditong hiningan ng written explanation ng NBI regrading sa "NO CRIMINAL RECORD"? yung husband ko po kasi me ganung remark sa NBI clearance nya, hinihingan kami ng written explanation. Wala naman po cyang naging kaso before pero me mga kapangalan daw cya na nakasuhan pero na clear na nya before nung first time syang kumuha ng NBI...

any insight on this is highly appreciated.. thanks!

@ewhy - I will try to answer your question. Most likely may kapangalan ang husband mo na kapareho ang first and last name at baka nagkapareho pa ng middle initial na may history ng criminal record. All you have to do is prove that your husband is a different person and he is not the one who committed a crime. I am not sure if paano ang proseso but try to contact NBI and state your case. Siguro kakailangan pa ng affidavit or power of attorney para may legal action. Goodluck and GOD Bless us...

just realized...cramming na pala mangyayari sa amin....we plan to leave mid Sept. (Visa expires Oct 26). Sana makakuha pa mura rates.

now im confused.....isn't it supposed to be that DHL deliveries are overnight deliveries? So once the passports have been stamped, they should be on their way out for delivery the next day? or will there some more processing done before actual delivery? Jig...since insider ka...kindly enligthen us

the visas are usually shipped out in batches... parang ang cycle ng VO is stamping ng visa on tuesdays, the following week i update nila ang e-cas mo then wed, thurs and friday they send the visas... visas usually arrive between thursdays to saturdays or even later... meron pa nga tayo dito na after two weeks pa nya talaga nakuha ang visa nya... those who have agents usually receive their visas in batches as well so the VO probably ship them out together na din... siguro kasi they organize our submitted documents pa before they clear it for sending... some may take longer than the others... ang important is nag DM na kayo...

sabi nga ni heatspine, 100% dito sa thread natin na nag DM, visa ang kasunod so don't worry and start preparing na... magpa book na kayo at mag start mag impake... mahirap ang nagmamadali... start converting your money as well... scarce ang CAD kaya antayan talaga... dadating din ang visa na yan... wala pa din naman tayong nabalitaan na visas na nawala (God forbid! ) so stay calm and channel your energy towards preparing for your migration... ;D
