magka batch pala tayo... same day DM and halos magkasabay lang ang expiration ng visa...

after receiving the much awaited visa's , next dilemma naman is the settlement (place to stay, culture change and job hunting).. very exciting talaga ang buhay ng mga immigrants! haayyy... kaya dapat talaga malakas loob mo at hindi agad sumusuko, also kailangan ding maging mapagpakumbaba, alisin muna ang pride.. nasa stage kasi ng survival sa isang bansa na totally new to you. Kung wala ka pang job offer pagdating dito, give yourself 1 to 2 months to find a job (or a survival job), sometimes 3 months.. yes, medyo mahirap maghanap ng job nowadays.. but there are private companies offering job exployability trainings kaya give yourself a break muna pagdating dito sa Canada. May mga ups and downs pero dont let it affect you too much.

Kaya prepare, prepare , prepare...

nice to be hearing from someone who landed already. most of the people who land there seems to lay low dito sa forum kasi nga busy on their "new life" but you still find time to post. salamat sa info. BC bound din kami ng family ko...and you are correct...next item to focus on is where to stay and job hunting. so far kami waiting for passport with visa...pero expect ko within this week mag-DM ang status namin (sana Lord) hehehe. malaking tulong din sa amin tong forum na to kasi kahit paano meron kami idea kung kelan expect ang mga major milestones sa application. kaya kahit paano e maka-prepare nga...as you said... preparation does really make a difference. sana mag-connect tayo once we get there...kahit paano e may network na ang mga pinoys.

Tuesday na bukas...sana sana...hehehe

Hello, are you going to calgary, right? airspace give me a quotation from manila to calgary for only 653 but im from cebu. the price fare is high if from cebu. its 889.
 
Guys, I would like to ask about airlines. which is better, is it PAL, Cathay or Air Canada? Thanks in advance for you inputs.
 
Cathay is a 5 star airlines while both PAL and Air Canada is 3 stars.
I booked our flight through Cathay :)
