regarging pala po sa resume for nurses, wala cla sample for us, basta 1 to 2 pages lang short bondpaper...no picture..arial font 11, all titles are in bold....1. objective- the position u desire to apply, 2. sumary of qualifications- not to long in bullets, mga 4 to 5 the maximum...3. experience, 4. education- just the highest educational attainment...5. certifications...6. volunteer jobs...7... reference upon request.... at ang cover letter importante....

check susan ireland sample resumes un ang binigay nila...pero wala for nurses...

thanks for this canada5... cousin ng husband ko srna din, after a year of waiting, she is now required to undergo SEC in 5 competencies... parang bigla kaya naging uso sa kanila? hay nako... anyways, mas madali mag apply for RPN, pay is good as well... just a thought... i applied at CNO, i hope everything goes well... balitaan kita...

still keeping the faith that the VO is trying to return visas at least 6 mos prior to visa expiry... i'm sure they know it is unfair to keep our passports this long... it's like they are keeping us imprisoned in the philippines the entire time they are holding our passports... kaya let's stay positive ;D

i don't really know... they do reply earlier than srna... it really depends on where you want to settle... kami kasi ontario lang ang choice because all my hubby's relatives are there... saskatchewan daw very promising ang opportunities for nurses...

goodluck! ;D

Hi nursemich,

I paid mine via bank draft, in CDN. However, many paid via manager's check in peso.

The instructions I had from CEM before re RPRF (via the medical request) indicated the amount in CDN and in peso. Just follow one or the other and you should be fine. Back then it was Php 21,000.00 and CDN 490 (I think...) and the same amounts were indicated on the CIC website (so check the site and compare too before preparing the check/draft).

Follow the amount they indicate and if you plan to pay in peso, there's no need to check what's the exchange rate for the day then paying the equivalent when it comes to paying in pesos. 'Cause others who did had their payments returned even though it exceeded only by a few pesos. hehe!

I understand you got your medical request/rprf letter already? Didn't they include the instructions there? Hindi ko na kasi sure how's the process/papers for such things for post-June 26 apps.

hi kitty.. considering all we've been through this few months, here we are trying to encourage one other to cheer up and wait patiently more and more till the pps arrive. we will soon reap the fruit of our sacrifices. haaaay! ka faet! but we need to cheer up 'coz we're almost there. we need the pps sana this 20th coz we have a short trip overseas. we bought out tickets last year pa expecting our pps would be returned b4 our travel date. until now, hoping pa rin kami to the last minute na darating na pps namin. non refundable, non rebookable, non transferable yung mga tickets. haay, sayang kaso walang magawa. trying to rationalize na nalang baka our trip is not meant for us. *wink

God bless us and happy wednesday to all!

Hi Tinang!

Thanks for the encouraging words. Yeah sana nga madating na your passports in time for your trip plans at wag maipit. Sayang rin nga yun.

But in the end, yeah as long as we get our passport with visa weeks before it expires, that's the most important concern. hehe! 8) Darating at darating din that visa, question lang is kelan po my dear V.O.? Lol!
