Thanks pre. We're fine naman. Napagod na ko kakaestimate hehe. Pero now I just retaken my medical (Chest Xray only) since its expired alr. Waiting for Nationwide to forward my retake to CEM by next week then hopefully we'll get the visas as a Christmas gift hehe.

Good to know you're doing well diyan. I'll update you as soon as there are any developments. Keep us posted din and Godbless!!

Based on the MR letter sent by CEM, you (if you're the principal applicant) and your dependents (if any) should present your respective passports to DMP at the time of medical examination. Per my experience, the passport was used for identification or recognition purposes only. Ewhy is right, the DMP wants to make sure it is the real you who is being subjected to a medical test. Therefore, I think passport is not an absolute requirement for medical exam.. Any valid identification card should be acceptable in lieu of the lost passport. The DMP should not compel you to produce the passport if it is lost, considering the limited time given to you by CEM to complete the medical exam and the lengthy time it takes to apply for a renewal passport.

Just to be sure though, you should bring and present a government issued ID such as SSS, Driver's license, etc. instead of other ID (like the company ID). And your dependents (if any) must bring their passports, if available.

Hope this helps.

Goodluck sa mga naghihintay ng MR, PPR at Visa... I'm with you in prayers na maibigay na sana ni Lord God ang inyong mga pinaka-aasam na resulta, in his time.

God bless you all mga kabayan!

Sa nationwide ako ngpamedical...Yung nauna sa akin alang orig passport, ang ginawa lng nila 2 copies/ more than the required copies ang binigay nila.... however, bring other IDs as suggested by OJ

@ sweetlove16

hi!! so your a nurse?? in what country???
and where are you bound here in canada??

in my experience, when my husband filed our spousal applicatin he also asked for assessment packege in COLLEGE OF NURSES ONTARIO (CNO) for the assessment of my degree in the philippines coz im also a registered nurse.. so i fill ip the form and the school sent all the needed docs like TOR, RLE etc... then the CNO sent me a letter that i can already take RPN exam here in canada... so either you can chhose RPN or RN and pay certain fee for the assesment.. but im not sure in other provinces of canada if its the same process..

they didnt asked for my working experience.. im holding a masteral degree and its a plus point specially if you want to become an RN here..

so hope it can help
