ako kagabi open ecas in process parin. anyway may mga balita na sa march 2011 daw mag reresume ang mga vo sa visa issuance. guys mark my words march 2011 may visa na tayo. positive positive positive!!!!

naku sana nga....di ba pareho tau ng agency cic??? naku ha sana this time tunay na tlaga sinasabi nla...kc last month ako ung ngpost n sbi ng agent ko irelease daw february lahat...e ngaun march na....

di ko pa din maopen ang ecas ko.....waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa..........

..marami pala tayo dito from CIC (agency).. FYI, meron tayo ksama from CIC also, nReciv nya last Wed ang Visa nya, their visa will expire Aug.7 pero nauna p ko ngSubmit ng PP s embassy Oct12... they submitted their PP Oct.20... Looks like lang na, dependent sila or nagbabase sila sa visa expiration... Like, SHAZAM...

Sana nga po we all get our visas back earliest in March /April. And so I can go ahead and book my flight asap (not for the Canada trip but that's in step already).

I would like sana to book now and avoid any significant fare increase vs time booked/departure date; or worse, flight being full on agreed date when attempting to book so late (based on when passport is received back with visa); but the situation's holding me back ('cause what if passport's still not with me and the flight dates cannot be changed, reservation not refundable, etc... waaah.. sakit sa ulo.. hehehe!).

Kung wala lang this particular trip plan (one year in the making, and not just me going alone) eh I won't be as worried while waiting to get my passport back.

So in the meantime, wait and see pa rin while keeping oneself busy. I certainly had not anticipated not getting my passport with visa back within a month or two. Hence the conflicts. Sorry I just have to share. Hehe!

RE-flight booking, I started making tentative flight booking since December p, almost every week meron kami dates of flight... buti n lang di nagssawa agent ko s pagbook sa amin... You cannot confirmed or make payment for your flight booking until you have your Visa, it's the the no.1 requirement... as of now, ang flight booked namin is May11 just in case lang dumating ang visa next week fly~fly n kmi ;~)) "Wish ko Lang"... travel agents can make a flight booking/reservation for you w/ no charges at all, meron nga lang due date n dpat by that time paid or ticketed na, if not, Cancelled n yon...

*Reminder lang~ make sure na ang Airfare nyo is for First Time Immigrant, para mas mura*

Thanks for the flight booking info. hehe!

I'm also tracking the receipt of visas by you guys whose visas expire in August. 'Cause if at least 2 to 3 of you get your visas this March (or about 6 months before expiry), then I'll go ahead already and book my flight for my other trip plan. Sana meron na sa inyo makakuha this week! haha!

Yung Canada one kasi am afraid can be booked with the first-time immigrant promo only once I have the visa already. 'Cause the travel agents I've asked last December wanted the visa number info from me before they can book the flight using the said promo. So I've decided to just wait na lang until I get the visa before I can attempt again to book the flight for the Canada one.

Do you mind sharing here which travel agency are you using? September ko pa balak to depart going to Canada. Hehe!

Last December when I did some asking among the agencies, I found the one in Manila -- Air Space Travel ba yun -- offered the cheapest immigrant promo airfare; and the dates I asked for each travel agency were the same.

Hi! everyone it's nice to hear n this March mag start na ang mga VO. Sana ma DM na rin ako kasi mag expire na by March 8, 2011 and NBI ko I hope this will not affect my processing time. I wish everyone all the best and let's keep on praying na SANA NGA UMULAN NA NG DM AT VISA THIS WEEK ONWARDS. God bless us all

Share ko lang din about our airfare. Kanina we bought our tickets na. 2 adults and 1 infant. Cathay Pacific going to Toronto. 1903 dollars all in all. Kasama na ang taxes plus Phil. Travel Tax (PTT). Ang baby namin, exempted sa PTT. Yung travel agency na rin ang nag-asikaso ng tax exemption cert ng baby namin a kinukuha sa Phil. Tourism Authority. 250 pesos ang bayad. 200 pesos for the certificate and 50 pesos for the service charge. This is A-ok and cheap ang SC kasi di na namin need magleave sa work para asikasuhin ang tax exemption cert. Na-apply na rin sa fare na ito yung first time immigrant discount. Merong offer ang Cathay Pacific. I just dont know kung meron ding discount sa ibang airline. By the way, 750 pesos ang terminal fee. Exempted ang baby.

Congratulations you have ur visa release...If you don't mind me asking....FSW ka rin ba? kasi sa min tagal visa Oct. 21, 2010 ko pa bngay PP ko...til now wala pa...salamat....God Bless..

RE-flight booking, yung agent ko di nman nagrerequire ng anything from the visa.. kaya naiboBook nila kami.. yun nga lang may due date, kpag di naTiket, cancelled ang booking...

..we have 2 travel agents, 1 for China Air ~ Reli Tours & Travel Agency in SM Southmall LasPinas, Tel#8004950 ~ ang rate nila for us $479(tax inclusive)+P1,620..

..the other 1 is for Cathay or Eva Air ~ si Leng ang contact person ko Tel.#255-2508 the rate is $470+P1,620 (tax inclusive)..of course, it's subject to change until we make payment or ticketed na...

What do you mean by Canada One??? Buti k p Sept pa plano mo alis... kami eto sobrang pressured na... imagine since Dec p kmi planado umalis ;((

virgiemaricel ask ko lang po anong travel agency po yan good news po sa mga may anak at least sila na ang mag aasikaso ng tax excemption para sa mga kids kasi isa parin yan isipin once na dumating na ang visa na memental block ka kasi dala ng excitement at stress dahil sa kakaayos ng dadalhin.
