MANILA V.O. ~~ done with MEDICALS and waiting for PPR (passport request)

It is now my 5th month of waiting for PPR!!

Hi,

Have you already inquired with the embassy on the status?
Ours is about 2 months after yours so I am contemplating on sending a follow-up email.
Just wanted to know if you had already and what was their reply.

I also don't want to impede their processing of the applications because they need to reply to emails that are requesting for updates.

Its been 113 days (3 months, 23 days) now since medicals of my youngest daughter was sent to CEM....no updates yet.

Hi everyone! Join din ako. I have been following this website and this thread for quite sometime and you guys are very helpful. According to St. Luke's, my son's medical report was submitted last February 15, 2011. I thought mabilis na lang, pero 5 weeks na and we are still waiting. Our application was filed January 30, 2006 pa - haha - I think we are one of those who filed before everything was expedited. But I hope everyone gets their PPRs and Visas soon!

in my opinion, it would all depend on the medical practitioiner's assessment sa mataas na BP mo. i'm sure they will do further tests to check the root cause of the elevated BP. from there siguro gawa sila recommendation and assessment. i think they don't refuse/reject right then and there. meron iba for as long as they know na undergoing treatment, pass sila medicals.

I actually emailed them every month to inquire on my status but they always send me the standard reply.
I emailed them again last week because my CRNBC application is about to expire and I asked them if I can apply for a TRV while waiting for PPR to proceed with my SEC Assessment....They emailed me back with the whole information about TRV application without answering my question!!! Danngg, I don't think they even read the content of my email, I think they just relied on the subject/title of my email, Saaaaaddddd!

Nde naman refuse but they might refer you to specialist/cardiologist for further test, work-up and evaluation then pag clear na tsaka pa lang nila ipapasa sa CEM. So try to be healthy before medicals to save TIME & MONEY.

Hello Breana/Gandasia! our initial med exam was last nov 27, 2010.. the Medical result was sent last january 8, 2011.. thank you so much!!! hoping and praying that we can all receive our PPR!

sana mag take ka ng meds to lower your bp pra during med exam very normal ang BP mo.... yun gnwa ko dinoble ko pa dose pra sure hehehe ;D

thanks for that. I think i'll just forego follow up at this time. i think pag May na siguro tsaka ako follow-up.
