Don't worry! Napansin ko lately, mabilis na ang CEM mg issue ng PPR specially sa mga 2010-2011 applicants.anata said:Dr sana naman wag na ganun katgal.. More than 2yrs na application namin..
sodapop said:Hi guys,
Nabasa ko yung discussion about POF.
PPR na kami, kaya lang last day napadala ng message and CEM regarding our POF.
"Failure to explain these queries within 45 days will mean refusal of our application."
Nagulat lang ako kasi ay PPR na kami tapos may biglang issue na ganito.
Ang concern namin ay nagpatulong kami sa ibang agency with regards to accumulating our POF. Kasi ang plan namin, yung talagang pera ay manggagaling pa sa separation pay naming mag-asawa from our works..so wala kaming cash nor property at hand na pwedeng mag-suffice ng worth 1M for our POF.
May iba pa ba kaming dapat gawin?...I would be needing your smart suggestions just in case may hindi kaming nakitang points na supposedly eh ginawa namin..
Hope to hear from all of you soon, thank you much!
Thanks Cath, actually we have 30 days nalang kasi ung message ay dated July 20 pa, nitong 27 lang forward ng agent namin.catherine1967 said:@ sodapop you are given 45 days to comply, wag ka magpadalos sa reply mo. Pag isipan mo mabuti, ask GOD for wisdom, pray hard. He knows all you hearts desire and he will definitely give it to you. I wish you all the best, and will keep you in my prayers. You can do it!

Hello..just to share din with my experience...I was interviewed last June 27 with two major issues...Job Description and Proof of Funds...for JD issue I have posted here na ung reason..JD mismatch ako since I wasn't a CPA nung nag-apply kami nung 2010...but I was able to pass CPA Board Exam last 2011..so my VO considered it...for POF naman...she questioned me why our Bank account only under my name not joint with my husband...medyo madali naman explanation nun kasi my husband in Saudi while I am working here in the Philippines...then wala din kaming nilagay na properties though we bought land way back in 2009 but pinangalan kasi namin sa Mother ko.....kaya pure cash ang nilagay ko sa Personal Networth Statement...since 2 lang kami ng hubby ko medyo maliit ung needs namin na POF...so things went well naman dahil i was able to explain well...I told her na since start of our marriage we really intend to apply to Canada so we focus on saving our income for this purpose rather than buying properties...and so on so forth.....Guys moral of this story....mabusisi na ngayon ang CEM re: POF.....kasi i've read one issue here a forum that many applicants now a days they just borrow (or any term may do)...Bank Certificate lang but in fact they don't have that same amount in the bank...So parang ganun naging issue kasi ata nun..the Bank allows this kasi additional income sa kanila..how?...they lend that Certificate for a fee of course....Meron actually nag offer sa akin nun na kilala ng sister-in-law ko na 3% interest per month...they don't give you cold cash but only Bank Certificate...Pero hindi ko ito pinatulan kasi I don't want to take the risk....Especially, ung bank na ung is in Lipa, Batangas ....sa case ko na lang nung interview my bank account was in BDO, Pasong Tamo Ext Branch...just the fact that my VO mistakenly assume that my office in Fort Bonifacio..while I live in Prject 4, Quezon City...Why there daw sa branch na un while i don't leave nor have office near that branch...But I said no...my office is just a few step away from that bank..."sabi pa...ah ok...sorry..."....what more kung pinatulan ko ung Lipa na bank na yan...Not only one, two or three na nag inform sa akin ng ganyan...So things like those...Maybe CEM had already called their attention na very rampant na ung ganitong style for the POF....AS we all know we are required to have that funds kasi reality wise kailangan talaga natin ng pera in the first 3 months or even longer to survive......Meron din akong friend na sabay kami nag apply...nung 2nd AOR nya nanghiram sya ng pera from her relatives...a month after receipt ng kanyang 2nd AOR...syempre malaki ung interest na babayaran nya winidraw nya then binalik ung pera sa relatives nya....Kaya hindi na sya umabot ng MR...So guys...moral of the story...very strict na sila ngaun sa POF....Kaya be careful guys sa POF nyo........sa case ko na lang...hindi ko binawasan ung pera... I mean gumagalaw naman pero ung balance I see to it na hindi sya bababa sya sinubmit ko.....more than pa nga nitong 2012 na....but see..only ung branch ang big question mark.......i hope this will enlighten us re: POF....dohcmike said:Hi sodapop.i also feel for you.ask ko lng indi ba sufficient ung mga payroll slips nyong magasawa eversince anjan kyo saudi?
