nakita ko kasi na sa St Lukes and Medical - ano po needed na dalhin at magkno po bayad? (Ages 5,10,13)

Congrats ASFAT kami waiting pa rin... FSW1 Medical expired last May 23... until now wala pa ring balita from CEM ecas "Medical Results have been Received" Sept. 2012 pa.

our ecas has been changed to medicals received last may....emailed nga pla embassy ngayon lng s husband ko for pre departure seminar...ewan ko kng bakit pre departure....i hope mganda sign un...wait k lng my ddating din sau email...keep the faith ill keep u updated

hello FSW1 din ba kayo? kmi May 2010 pa nag apply until now wala pa ring ppr. pwede po bang ma share din timeline niyo? Pag nag re medical po ba, all members of the family or yung principal applicants lng? sobrang gastos kase Manila pa po kmi mag re re medical incase... thanks po

wala pa ring balita last April 17, reply lng nila "still queued for review, then always check email/inbox for further instruction or requirements... " after this wala na. natapos na nga namin ang 2 pre departure seminar sa kahihintay... hahaha!

yes all family members will take the re-med.. indeed its very costly..

AT LAST! THE LONG WAIT HAS ENDED!!! JUST GOT EMAIL FROM CEM!!! :

"We are pleased to inform you that your visa(s) for permanent residence to Canada is/are ready to be issued, conditional to a final admissibility review by an immigration officer. In order to complete the process you must forward, BY COURIER, the following:

1. Completed Appendix “A” (attached). Please ensure that Appendix "A" is signed and dated and that you have clearly indicated your file number. We will only accept forms which contain your original signature. Unsigned forms will be returned and will result in a delay in visa issuance. Your return address and all contact numbers must be clearly indicated for delivery purposes.congrats asfat.....waaaaaa ako nmn plsssa......


2. The original passports for yourself and every family member who will accompany you to Canada. Please enclose your passports in a secure envelope, clearly indicating your file number on the envelope. Do not staple and submit old passports together with your recent passports. Please remove passport jackets/covers."

NOTE :

Your visa(s) will be valid for your initial entry to Canada until ______.
Please ensure that the validity of your passport(s) is at least six (6) months beyond this validity date (note that any passport received with a shorter validity than the date shown above will result in a reduced validity for entry to Canada for all members of your family, if any). You must submit your passport(s) within 30 days of the date of this letter or your application may be refused for non-compliance according to Subsection 16(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act. Please note that no further requests will be sent to you.
You must arrive in Canada before the date of expiry. The validity of a permanent resident visa will not be extended and replacement visas will not be issued with a new validity date. If you still wish to go to Canada, you will then be required to make a new application (you must pay new processing fees and meet all selection and statutory requirements in effect at that time).
You must ensure that you have sufficient free/empty pages in your passport(s) for the insertion of each immigrant visa (if your children do not have their own passports and are included in your passport, a separate visa will be inserted in your passport for you and each one of your children; for example, if your passport includes three accompanying children, you will then need four blank passport pages in your passport as each immigrant visa requires one full passport page).
Check that your passport(s) is/are all in good condition. We cannot accept passports which have torn pages, damaged laminates or mismatched passport numbers (at the picture page and passport page), and these will be immediately returned to you without any visa.

3. Enclose two (2) recent photographs of yourself and every family member who will accompany you to Canada. Detailed instructions for the photographer are enclosed (Appendix “B”). Take these instructions to the photographer in order to obtain photographs with the required specifications.

4. You MUST send your package (Appendix "A", passports and photos) BY COURIER TO:

Philippines

Your passport(s) with immigrant visa(s), Confirmation of Permanent Residence Form(s), and your original documents will be returned to you by COURIER COLLECT. At the time of delivery, payment must first be paid to the courier company before they will release the package. If you do not wish to pay for a costly international shipment, please provide a delivery address in the Philippines on your Appendix A.

We will make our best efforts to have your passport(s) returned to you with your visa(s) within 90 working days from their receipt at the Embassy. You should not make any plans to travel to Canada until you are in possession of your passports and their required visas.

Please note: Applicants may not deliver passports in person or via the drop-box in order to obtain their immigrant visas.
Please respond within thirty (30) days of this letter or risk refusal of your application per the above warning.
