don't get depressed rgfcenina! ako nga na prapraning na! oras-oras nag check ako sa ecas at emails ko from 6am-11pm .. tapos minuto-minuto nag check sa forums..!!! ;D nag hahanap ng kahit ano nlng.. ???

i hope not.. pero duda ko yun sa amin yung mga out of the country travels namin ang nag cause ng delay.. btw, coa is good seminar though. i would recommend.marami kang matutunan..

Hi asfat! I'm still waiting for my re-medical letter. It's been 4 months now since it expired.
Why is it travelling abroad delays some case? I have read it also from some thread.

security checks lang seguro.. like in our case they have to coordinate with fbi to confirm our clearance we submited same sa nbi dto sa atin. alam muna they want to make sure.. stay strong and positive malay mo next week darating yung re-med request ninyo from cem.

Sana nga! pro lam mo may kabatch din ako sa CIIP seminar na wala pa ring re-med.

you mean the cause of delays? most certainly. its part of the process on background/security checks.. basta you did not commit anything wrong to the countries you visited..

your welcome mlp. you guys will be ok as long as you are cleared from the authorities (fbi-on our part) their will be no problem, yung nga lang mas matagal ang process. btw, i'm talking about staying in a foreign country for more than 6 months.. ;D ..just keep us posted..

Notice – Strike Action

June 11, 2013 — The Professional Association of Foreign Service Officers (PAFSO) union is currently taking strike action. PAFSO union members responsible for processing visa applications have been walking out of offices in Canada and overseas.

Posted processing times for both temporary and permanent resident visa applications do not take into account work stoppages.

Anyone applying for a visa should anticipate delays and submit their application as far in advance as possible.

Contingency plans are already in place to ensure all offices remain open and are providing at least a minimum level of service. Priority will be placed on urgent humanitarian applications.

CIC continues to closely monitor the situation.
