MANILA V.O. ~~ done with MEDICALS and waiting for PPR (passport request)

I sent email to CEM to follow up about my husband's missing medical results, and that to inform them that he did re-take it already. Then our ecas has been updated to "Medical results received" without any date.

Then after a couple of weeks, PPR na...without any email from us...they just sent us only today about our passport request.

Wow, you and and your husband/family were just so lucky today. In my case, il just have to wait for the PPR til July month ends, then I guess if still no good news (which I hope not), might as well email them. My last recourse so to end my misery of waiting. Thanks Sodapop!

Sa mga naiinip, naiintindihan ko po kayo wag po kayong mag-alala, kung wala naman pong problema ang inyong medical, sigurado pa sa sikat ng araw na dadating ang PPR ninyo. Ako nga 8 years na naghintay, so masuwerte pa kayo. You can't do anything at this stage except to wait. Ipa sa Diyos nyo na lang ng ang inyong pakiramdam ay gumaan .

I hope that our remaining batchmates in ds forum like me, dentista, photographer and lalasagot will receive also the good news w/n ds week.

We'll be waiting 1 month to receive our maple leaves because we are living overseas from our home country...according to our consultant..but hopefully those would be earlier.

Anyway, the important thing is that we are almost finished and everything turned out fine after the turmoil....

Isang mapagpalang araw sa ating lahat at lalo na sa akin.

Nag email na po sa akin ang CEM, at ang pinaka maganda linya ng letter ay "We are pleased to inform you that your visa(s) for permanent residence to Canada is/are ready to be issued, ..."

Yahoo! God is good all the time!

***I am one of those 20K pre Feb. 2008 applicants wherein a "Selection criteria/decision" has been made already.

You're right. Checked my email 2day for how many times already but it's not yet my/our time. Better try it again 2mrw and onwards. TRY and TRY and TRY! WAIT and WAIT and WAIT! PRAY and PRAY and PRAY!
