DM Finally!!!!!

I am so happy..... The wait is over....
Just checked my Ecas... and there it was...

God is good....

Yey! we're almost done with the waiting game. Visa on hand sana before the week ends... ;D

Our agency got our visa yesterday!!!! . We will get it this week to Cebu as I am from negros. ;D.soon!!!!so very very happy! Got me jumping and dancing after had a call from agency that they have it..hahaha it was a great wedding anniversary gift yesterday .can't wait to see my husband! :-*...

I got a question for everyone so I sent my documents via Canada Post using their priority option, it should of arrive today. When I went and check the status it change to, ": Attempted delivery. Notice card left indicating where item can be picked up." My question is will an employee from CIC go and pick it up or must I give them a phone call letting them know that there is a package that I sent waiting?

My question is will an employee from CIC go and pick it up or must I give them a phone call letting them know that there is a package that I sent waiting?

My husband told me that,you have to call them that your package was sent and also you have to know who will get it after it was delivered and also they will email you back about it.

ours is still on our agency in Cebu as I'm in negros,so it needs to arrange flights before going there..but soon,we will have it this week.mostly ,cem sends back the passport with visa using wwwe or dhl in exact.

Thank you! From ppr to dm was 2 months and 11 days..dm to visa ,it took us 32 days . It's case to case basis and depends on the visa officer if she/he is fast or slow working on application.

Its Wed here now and my issues with my flight are still not solved the booking agent still has not released my funds and time is running out for my reserved flight to book it. I will be doing so Thursday morning I will be forced to use another card because of their incompetence.

I don't know if you husband is going there to pick you up or not. Just a bit of advice if you can purchase your tickets by telephone directly from the airline or even at the airport consider doing so.

what company did you use? Sorry to hear you are having a hard time resolving your flight booking. What airline are you booking with?

Sounds like Philippine Airlines to me. They're the worst and the employees all require business ethics training.

Yup,soon my husband will pick me up nextweek and the flights is done and all booked .it was booked direct to airline.

nope it wasn't them.. I was booking through the internet using a 3rd party booking agent "flighthub.com" not recommended at all. They like to charge twice ...Preauth for the full amount of the ticket plus the actual ticket price. One big hold on your credit card after they are through with it.
This morning finally my funds were released from them on my other card.

My wifes's flight is fixed now just booked/confirmed/e-ticket issued/seats confirmed, through Air Canada, arrival May 31, 2015 Sooooooooooo happy!!!!!

@ Verry Happywife... Great !! he will be picking you up soon.

I wish I could have done the same for my wife too as that was the original plan, However I want to take 2 weeks off from work to help her settle in here before I have to return to work. Taking the time off to go pick her up would cut severely into time where I can help her to settle and show her around. She understands how I feel and why I have chosen to just meet her at the local airport when she arrives.
