I would get it fixed or at least inform them. Better to wait an extra week or so then the possibility of being refused at the port of entry.

Do you remember what documents aside from passport and declaration forms your partners brought with them when landing in Canada?

I'm just preparing ahead and making sure we're not going to wait for papers before my husband leaves.

He just had passport and COPR. He didnt fill in any declaration forms to my knowledge. But he brought all essential docs with him to Canada. If he left them in the phils they would just be flooded.

Are you talking about the waiver that allows a child to immigrate to Canada? If you have no children then any questions that asks about children just put N/A.
