yes. thru pal's website, that already include the sales tax, plus $8 if you want to include travel insurance. but you will pay Php1620 at the airport. and the mrs has to show the copy of the card ;D

I thought you had to pay cash in St Raphael? Or do they go through PAL? I'm confused..

From their site they say cash or bank-to-bank. They don't seem to take credit cards. Haven't heard back from the missus about the place yet.

yea, you pay cash if you'll get the ticket from st. raph, they're just a travel agency.

It's funny that we had to send them like a million photos already I think it was about 9 each with the application.. it was such a big deal. I think I sent 18 each, 2 different kinds in case they didn't like one. Then after PPR he sent 10 more. Just because he thought sending 10 would be better then 2 or 3.

They didn't send us anything back! Just the Visa and a letter. He hasn't been super coherent since the visa showed up so I'm not really sure what all was in that envelope.

My wife got 2 in preparation for the PPR (1 for our files) and then wasn't asked for it when the PPR came.
