Hi mark! First of all, congrats on this progress! as for your question, you might have to re-read your letter. Because the one they sent my husband specifically stated that he doesnt need to provide photos. i am sharing you a part of the letter that my husband received.spidermark said:Hi guys and mrsB,
Question,
I already got the Passport Request - Appendix A email
There is also appendix B on the attachment having the Photo Specs but it doesn't include pictures on the reqiurement list below:
· Fully Completed Appendix A
· Original Passport
. Payment of Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF)
· Original NSO Certificate of No Marriages (CENOMAR) for yourself
· Marriage search results for your sponsor from Vital Statistics Canada
Should I send them pictures again like the one we sent (immigration photo) when we sent the application?
Thanks
In order to continue processing your application, we require the following information and/or documents:
· Fully Completed Appendix A (attached) for you and each of your family members, whether accompanying you to Canada or not. Passport details are not required for any family member who is not accompanying you to Canada. (Each person should complete his/her own form.) No need to send photos since it is already on file.
If it doesn't say so, i "think" you should submit photos too. I mean it wouldn't hurt if you do right? Better to submit one rather than to lack this specific requirement in the near future.
Goodluck!
