Hi guys and mrsB,

Question,

I already got the Passport Request - Appendix A email
There is also appendix B on the attachment having the Photo Specs but it doesn't include pictures on the reqiurement list below:

· Fully Completed Appendix A
· Original Passport
. Payment of Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF)
· Original NSO Certificate of No Marriages (CENOMAR) for yourself
· Marriage search results for your sponsor from Vital Statistics Canada

Should I send them pictures again like the one we sent (immigration photo) when we sent the application?

Thanks
Hi mark! First of all, congrats on this progress! :) as for your question, you might have to re-read your letter. Because the one they sent my husband specifically stated that he doesnt need to provide photos.:) i am sharing you a part of the letter that my husband received.

In order to continue processing your application, we require the following information and/or documents:
· Fully Completed Appendix A (attached) for you and each of your family members, whether accompanying you to Canada or not. Passport details are not required for any family member who is not accompanying you to Canada. (Each person should complete his/her own form.) No need to send photos since it is already on file.

If it doesn't say so, i "think" you should submit photos too. I mean it wouldn't hurt if you do right? Better to submit one rather than to lack this specific requirement in the near future.

Goodluck!;)

Yeah, I figured too. Will just send pics anyway :)

I just finished my medical exam last monday and sent the proof to them then I got the passport request.
Does that mean my Medical Result is okay and they already received it?

Thanks again MrsB

I'm not quite sure but it seems like it, because if there are any issues, they would've stated that specifically on their email too. but it looks like your on track. :) they haven't wrote back about the recipt of medical and our Ecas hasn't changed yet either. So, we are still waiting for the next step too.:) congrats again!

Congrats to you too MrsB :)

Last question Lol.

Do I just put myself on Appendix A since I am single? or Do I also need to print copies as well for my parents and sibling?

Hi everyone, I just want to ask if anyone of you had experience this and hope it will give me inputs for I am so stress right now.

I just got my AOM "Advisory on Marriage" at NSO but upon checking the Spelling of my Husband's name is incorrect from "KRISTOFFER" to "KRISTOPFER". We already amended our marriage certificate before since there were also some typo errors, confidently knowing that the spelling of my the spelling of y husband's name on the upper portion of the form is correct but upon checking it was wrong and NSO told me that it was the spelling entered in their system.

What should I do?

Please I need every inputs and we'll be appreciated.

God Bless!!

Hi everyone!!! I need some advice, about my situation right now. I don't know if i am doing the right decision. We got married with my husband last august 2014 here in philippines, he is a canadian citizen. We passed our application on February 2015, then he got approved for sponsorship last May 2015. We were both excited about the result of our application and I didn't expect that something bad would happen in our relationship. Just this first week of June, I just found out that his cheating on me. I texted him and said something that might hurt his ego, its driving me crazy that time because he doesn't want to talk to me and he just texted me that he wants a divorce without clear reasons. Plus the girl is staying in his house now. After a few days he told me that he wants a divorce, I received an email from the immigration consultant who we paid to process our papers. I thought my husband already told the consultant about the divorce, but when i checked my email its a PPR from the Canada Embassy in Manila(PPR June 2015). I knew he also received the email from the consultant and i was waiting for him to msg me about our application but seems he is too busy with his mistress. So what i did was I sent my original passport, 2pic and appendix A. It's been a month since the last time we chatted but till now i didn't heard anything from him about the application. If he really wants a divorce he should talk to me right now and he could even withdraw right away our application and talk to the consultant about it. I want to fix our marriage but my husband doesn't want to talk me right now. I have some question:

1. is it right that i will still continue my application even if we don't communicate right now(well i already send the documents they requested) ?
2. if ever my visa will approved will it be okay i will go there without telling my husband?(i will surprise him)
3. its not related about my application but i just want to know if this reply is right "Don't waiting for me", because thats the reply i always get to my husband, and its seems wrong. Anyways his mistress is a chinese thats why i am confuse if i am talking to him or her, because of the grammar.

I hope you understand my english, though its not that good :-[ I really need some advice about my situation right now.

God Bless everyone :)

I am so sorry you are going through this right now. I guess continue on with the process, don't lie to them if they ask but don't offer up any extra information. Currently you are husband and wife. That is what they need to know. If your husbands fills them in, deal with that then, but in the meantime, just keep following along. Again, sorry to hear about your issues!

I agree with tcbaek, continue on with your application unless otherwise he withdraws it. You are the legal wife after all and it is your right to come to canada, but then again. It will also depend on weather or not you still want to come to canada, irregardless of your situation. I would pray for you though. And I am looking up to you right now because you are handling your situation pretty well. Goodluck with your application!

Hi guys

How long does it usually take to get an update after sending your passport, appendixA and other requested docs?

How are they going to send the passport back? regular mail or LBC? How are we going to pay them for the delivery?

Thanks

Guys, I submitted my passport along with Appendix A and immigration photos to manila office on 08 June. My case has been processed by London office but as I am living in Korea, they asked me to submit my passport to Manila. my ecas changed to DM on 05 June. the letter that we received stated that my passport is ready to be issued conditional to final admissibility review by an immigration officer. It has been 25 days but I have not received my passport back. How long will they take to send my passport and COPR? Will they send my passport back through VAC or DHL? I sent my PPT through VAC Korea.

I am also going abroad on 18th july and for that I will need my passport. What should I do? Any advise will be really appreciated.
