Mine had an assignment due date of November 30, but got the DM November 18. It also states there that they started processing it November 13. So, I'm pretty sure you'll get it before the year ends.

Mrs JGM is confident too....and she says December..either way...we'll stay there in Negros until March...if we can..Im on my way down on the 4th December...
Did you see the COPR yet? Any ideas what time parameter you have to Land???

Oh wow!!! Philippine Christmas is the best!!

Haven't seen the COPR, but I believe it will be valid until Oct 2014, which is one year after the re-medical date.

i sampled it but am not yet sold .. Too hot and noisy. But I wanted to see what all the fuss was about! I will continue to have Christmas like the Griswolds... Hope moose won't be homesick for the fabulous Christmas he's missing at home!

Well, you cook bibingka which is a traditional Christmas food, so that will lessen his homesickness for sure

Maybe there are some.. you know there's not the huge Filipino community here that you have in Vancouver.. and most of the people he doesn't feel like hanging out with anyways.. not the same language or from the same social background as him. What would he need for a Filipino celebration? A pig or in lieu of that a pig head? Firecrackers? Cold noodles? A lot of cheap rum and a whole bunch of drunk uncles and a videoke machine? Oh well I will let him figure it out.. he finally has a friend, one bisayan guy who lives down the road, maybe they can have a party!

Drunk uncles are complimentary... you can find them everywhere, whereas mine might be an international airline pilot drunk on the finest scotch, his might be a deaf-mute uncle with one good eye drunk on tuba, all are equally intimidating in the wild.

Oh wow!!! Philippine Christmas is the best!!

Ha....yes...it'll be my FIRST NOT White Christmas!~! I'm looking forward to it...I'll be going into Panay to do some volunteer work soon after I get there.... I was thinking if Miracles happen....and the app doesnt get bogged down or lost in Lala land she'll have until the anniversary of her medicals to land ?

You should be soon.. a few months based on Iay's timeline.. although they DO process mixed race couples a little slower. Have a good Christmas there! Bring ear plugs! It's like New Year's happens twice

Her meds expire in March...yah...I think we're closer than we were...and the CGMS seemed pretty positive...Ha...If I can live with Chinese NewYears...AND sleep through it...Ill be ok for Christmas...but I will bring ear plugs! )

Did you guys get u to Mount Washington yet??? The bunny slope is mellow....you guys would be at the top of the mountain by the end of the day!

The bunny slope! I heard it has changed.. I learned on Forbidden Plateau back in the day
Yes we will have to do that.. we have lots of trips in mind, but I'm working Sundays up until Dec 15th so hopefully as the winter stretches out into the new year. I have to find my chains for that old car.. would they even let it on the mountain do you think?

Hi JGM,

We got our 2nd notes Nov 15th, then got DM on the 18th.

I guess we are a bit lucky to have the process done early inspite the re-medical. It only took 18 days to DM after the clinic results were forwarded to CEM.
