Still have no replies from CEM. ECAS still shows no meds received. All is incredibly quiet (while people here are getting their visas and DMs). So I checked my GCMS and copy of my application again and found that my wife's NBI has now expired. So that led to a call to the MP's office for a nice half hour rant.

I am thinking "what are the odds I will get an email from CEM requesting an NBI"? That of course would add almost 2 months again to my app after figuring in getting it, submitting it and getting the idiots to acknowledge receiving it (after all, it has bee over 2 months since medical and they have yet to acknowledge THAT). At that point I would be close to or have exceeded 14 months (coming up on 12 now). All for a very simple application with no major problems (that is, the only "problem" is that no one will look at it).

The MP's office is going to contact me next week with the status. In the meantime I am going start compiling a list of addresses to start an email campaign. You know, the usual suspects, Kenney, Harper, maybe a newspaper or two. And there must be an ombudsman that can deal with this (oh, and opposition critics, forgot about them). And I'm re-ordering the GCMS notes to see what is really going on, not the "story" they like to say. It is funny how they say they are working hard on it yet my GCMS notes tell an entirely different story.

She also tried blaming the strike. So I told her about my spreadsheet and said "hey, you want to know how many out of our little group got visas since June 1?" She said she would. So I totalled them up and told her 21 people have received visas. And that is only of those people who provided information. And that isn't even counting DMs, PPRs, etc. So I don't blame the strike for my application. I blame CIC.

I'm really tired of trying to be nice and understanding in all of this. For now on I am going to be a pain in their collective a$$es.

YES SAME HERE FROM JULY 25,2012 TO JUNE 8,2013 NOTHING WAS DONE TO MY APPLICATION IT WAS SITTING ROTTING ON THE SHELF allchecks were done by july 25 2012 all they needed was the answers to those 2 questions and we were complete and after they got them on feb 28 my app sat again until june 25,2013,,,,,,,this is disgusting,,,,Im almost sure there has to be some kind of money trail at CEM,,,,,,maybe from the lawyers some use,,,,,I have only heard of 1 person talking about paying (tuition fee) at CEM I really don't understand how my app could sit from feb28 to june 25, and with 2 emails from me and 3 from MP

Ok once again more questions... in regards to a ATIP request

File number in 0000-0000 format is this the UCI number or the file number? I don't seem to have a number in 0000-0000 format.

Secondly, WTF??!?!?? every time I try doing it I just get payment rejected, and I know for a fact there is nothing wrong with either card I am using. Is this damned thing anti MasterCard? Anyone else have this problem?

The file number is F000..... the UCI will be 8 digits. I used Visa so I can't help you there.

Try to check with the card issuer, they would know why it's being rejected. I have a feeling though its because of Mastercard SecureCode, i always get trouble with that when using Mastercard online.

should be easy to others .. that person had been way earlier than your application i guess hahaha .. too grumpy since his papers is almost 3 years already .. let him be .. they got delayed not because cic screw them up like what happen to you .. they caused it themselves for not sending a complete package ..

that is uci file # is F0000?? ?? I used mastercard,,,,,,check the postal code is done properly,,,,its usually always an address problem or telephone #

yES I WENT ON A RANT WHEN I WOKE UP AT 2AM THE OTHER MORNING AND OPENED UP THE EMAIL ABOUT THE REQD NBI WITH NO REMEDS,,,,, IT WAS MY FAULT I DIDNT OPEN UP 2 PREVIOUS EMAILS THAT WERE THE REMEDICALS FOR MY WIFE AND THE BOY
