No this was 6 years ago a woman who had 5 children, and then had mine, brought them all 6 months from missuagua to landing i never wanted to put that on here because i figure ecas is tracking this forum, i had a suspicion she mite be defrauding the government but i wasnt sure, but even with all the evidence ive found pictures i have taken the system is pretty slack

if it wasnt b4 im sure it will soon, because if thier both not found quilty for th fraud quess who has to pay it back or cannot have a dm with remed, i dont think the immigration has this or the cra because ive never been asked to pay it back and its been over 4 years since she has been gone

What was the length of undertaking at that time? 10 years or 3 years?

BTW how can you get 3,000 a month from the government? Sounds nice..

Yeah, they will get you for it if she tried to collect welfare during that time. I heard you will have to pay it all back before sponsoring somebody else. Still, I'm not sure how it could be so much money like you think.

Sorry. Let me get this straight. You were in a relationship with a woman with whom you had a child. She had other children from previous relationships. You were successful in sponsoring the kids but she was found out and denied? Now you are in a different relationship and that has somehow been flagged as suspicious?

This was my take on it: He met a woman, said she had one kid, but turns out she had 5 kids, he forgave her, sponsored her and the 5 kids 6 years ago. Then after landing she gave birth to his child. Now she has 6 kids. After 2 years in Canada they split up. She's been living common law with another man for 2 years and has a 7th child from him. Tagum has custody his son from that marriage. The lady is a mooch and doesn't work or do anything and might have been collecting government benefits which Tagum will have to pay back because of the sponsorship undertaking he signed. She's been taking him to court like a good Filipina (sorry, thinking of my Guy's ex here..) for all he's got.. is after more of his salary and his RRSP's and possibly support for her other 6 kids ? Which aren't his? But the other guy she's hooked up with makes plenty of coin so Tagum feels scammed.. Now he's worried CIC is on to his ex's scams and is red flagging him.. or possibly he owes money from the sponsorship undertaking since the sponsored person may have been on welfare.... whew

5 children family allowance 384/child/month 1300month socuial assistance you doont get family allowance when one partner is making 200,000 dollars ayear like he was 1 child ids out on her own, she has a 3 year old with him, oh yeah she collects my sons family allowance, we have shared custody, she gets childsupport from me yeah she left 1 child in the phils signed her sister in laws name to the hospital registry and gave it to her brother undertaking 3years conjugal partner 10 years children that beaurikat is here i was successful in bringing her she is still here

Whew.. what a story. That sounds like something my guy's ex would totally do. If you have any enemies she's looking for a foreigner any age

my xwife of 10 years took me to court,,, my son was born in butuan mindanao, she has been commonlaw with the other man for 4 years it was a conjugal relationship, i just found records yesterday of her new man buying her a house here in cash im off to bed answer any and all questions later goodnite

If I were you, I would pack up and move to the Philippines. She can't get you for support out there.

Maybe this isn't the nicest thing to ask at this point, but given your X's history, are you sure that the one child IS yours?

The kid is half white.. born in a remote area of the Philippines.. she would have had a lot of competition to find another foreigner to get that!

Oh, and a second question, did you simply sponsor the kids or did you adopt them too? Though with a 10 year period there isn't that much difference on the financial side.
