Hi guys,

I am new to this forum. I was wondering if anyone got refused by the immigration for conjugal sponsorships?

My timeline:
Application Received at Mississauga: June 13, 2012
AOR Received: August 10, 2012
Sponsorship Approval/ Forwarded to Manila: August 20, 2012

My Ecas still has no update until now. Loosing hope. I haven't heard anything from CIC since August. Should I be worried? Thanks guys

anybody can tell me saan po kayo nag apply? online ba or sa CIC manila?

kase we are in a closet relationship as in (f-f), but we really wanted to be together, the problem is we are really keeping it to ourselves lang ,,although siguro may mga hint na ang mga family and friends namin..... Kase ayaw namin sila mawindang lahat. Only 1 friend lang ang talagang pinag sabihan namin. Also sa sobrang kami lang nagkakaintindihan,, wala kami nung mga joint account/bills etc.. but we can provide a lot of pictures together . Tsaka mga stamp ng passport namin na sabay kami umaalis ng bansa sa mga trip namin.

Actually meron rin sya application, sa canada ,and approve na sana sya need lang ng mataas na result sa IELTS, kase single lang ang application nya, di kase nya ako include duon. So now ako mag aaply for us, nag IELTS na rin muna ako,, so nag apply ako sa agency sa mnila ngayon lang. ang sabi pag meron ako common law okey na raw ang IELTS ko,, kaso paano e conjugal partner ang meron ako. isang prend ko lang ang nakaka alam sa relationship namin. kase nga closet. eh,, religiously speaking and syempre sa culture natin, also we are in the middle east staying.

hi! nka-land nb ung partner mo? I think dapat nlagay ka nya sa application nya para ma sponsor ka nya.. im not so sure ha. san pwede pero kung hndi ka nya pwede i-sponsor. apply ka nlng din as single like nung gnwa nya. pwedeng provincial nominee kung nsa canada na cya.

di sya naka land kase di umabot ung IELTS nya sa passing mark. Actually nag visit kami sa CIC agent, but the problem is meron nanaman pag babago,, sa age, more than 35 age minus ng minus sa passing mark. ngaun if single daw kami, mas madali pag meron friendship na 2 sa mannitoba ,, as kakilala no need na daw na kamag anak. and ang passing mark ng ielts mas mababa. wala naman kami friendship sa manitoba.

and then kaya ngayon nagbabaka sakali ako,, mag apply for the 2 of us , sa CIC agent sa pinas, , sya isasama ko sa application ko as conjugal partner. i already paid the starting fees sa agent., kaso mukang na papraning na sa akin ung agent ko.hahahaha, wala pa man din ako na bibigay na docs, DJD ko pa lang.

ano ba ang inaaplyan dapat common law o conjugal?

Parati bang may interview pag common law at conjugal sponsorship? Kasi ikaw at si emrn may interview? Kinakabahan tuloy ako. kasi wala pa akong naririnig mula sa cic until now. hayyy...

Nga pala update with my interview... The officer approved us I just need to redo my medicals To God be the glory!!!! For those who are waiting just keep the faith and always pray. Claim it and believe. Nothing is impossible with the Lord.
