ang alam ko since conjugal partnership falls under the spousal category pa din walang minimum income requirement, however dapat ngwowork sya as the sponsor needs to submit their option c.

naconfused lang talaga ako kasi yun consultant pinaninidigan nya talaga na bago ko masponsoran un conjugal partner ko sa pinas kailangan daw nameet ko yun requirements na $28,000 annual income..then un isa consultant naman na nakausap ko sabi wala daw income requirements..so as a sponsor/applicant gusto muna natin masure kung tama ba yun gagawin or plano naten db? kasi lalo na kung maghire ka ng immgration lawyer or consultant na babayaran mo at hindi biro ang magbayad ng malaking halaga lalo na kung hindi nman tama ang sinsabi ryt? thats why nagbabasa basa ako d2 sa forum ng mga info.. anyway i want to share lang po un situation ko im a permanent resident sa canada and i have only $10,000 annual income for the year of 2011 kasi umuwi ako sa philippines kaya hindi nko nakapagwork till the end of 2011 but now im here again sa canada and im planning to sponsor my same sex partner as a conjugal..

hi honey08,

do not rely much on consultants. you can get as much info from this forum too. sometimes, there were those who were ill-advised by consultants for reasons we do not know too...not to mention the rates they charge on you for their services.

so pagconjugal sponsorship hindi naman kailangan naideclare ko sya dati sa application ko? or hindi ko naman kailangan iupdate ang cic na i have a conjugal partner? just only common law lang ang kailangan? is that rigth?

Your choice - either original or photocopy is fine. Since the application package gets scanned, a photocopy may actually make it easier to handle. My entire application contents were on 8.5 x 11 letter size paper, so it made it very easy for them to process.
