Hi guys musta na kau.grabe ang tgal tgal na nang application ko till now wla pa rin result gnito ba tlga pag under conjugal ang sponsorship,di ko malaman kung 15 months or 16 months n app nmin,sana naman mag kaupdate na kami,haii kaka frustrate guys.

Same dilemma here.. We still don't have any update and shows "application received" pa din. FYI: November --2013-- applicant kme ng partner ko. Don't mean to offend 2014 applicants, mejo nakakapikon lng kse napag iwanan na kming mga 2013. Simpleng update man lng if may progress b application namen, and we're hearing nothing. :-[ Sorry for ranting, the "waiting game" of CEM is just not quite fun.

EBUENCONS, I don't get it why Manila had your passport for almost 8 months now. Time to ask your MPs help. Other visa offices request passport when they're ready to issue the visa. I'm about to submit my passport also which will restrict me from travelling for work. Please update.

f/f schoolmate kami nung highschool for 4 years then after 10 years chaka lang kami ulit nag kausap, last year feb 2 then nging kami ng feb 8, mg 1 year n kami s feb 8 2015 then paalis n sha sa feb 11 as PR immigrant, PA ang dad nya ksma ang mother nya, silang 3, sponsored sila ng ate nya n canada citizen na.

naguguluhan po ako sa common law sponsorship, ung 12 months, does it apply po nung andito pa sha s pinas or mg start lang if andun n sha, feb 11 alis nya so mag take effect like feb 14?

Bale makoconsider lang kayong common law kung nag sama kayo continuously ng 12mos sa iisang bahay na parang mag asawa.. Paki basa din yung nasa baba from CIC website yan.. Kung hindi kayo pasok sa definition na yan pde kau mag apply as conjugal partners pro mukang ndi pa agad2 kayo mkakapag apply kc papunta palang ang partner mo don.. Sa ngayon ang gawin nio patatagin nio relationship nio and mag ipon or mag gather na kau ng nga evidences na makakapag patunay na tlgang magkarelasyon kau kakailanganin nio un later on pag nag apply na kayo..

Sana mgka update na sa application nio ni EBUENCONS.. Masyadong matagal narin talaga ang inantay nio.. Pg pray ko din kayo mga sis dadating din yan konting intay nalang..

Sana dudami pa ang magkalakas ng loob na mag apply gaya nating nasa same sex relationship nakakainspire kasi pg may nababasa ko na nag apply hehe..

I am just something to consult to all of you guys. I am currently in a same sex relationship now. I am a Filipino and my partner is a Chinese guy. We started our relationship July 2013, then we broke up last June 2014, then after 7 months we got back together again. I applied for permanent residence through Federal Skilled Worker stream. I just received my Positive Eligibility Response (PER) a month ago. I really want to include my partner but we are ineligible because we weren't able to live continuously for one year.

The probable solution that is to include him as a spouse, however, we would need to find a country that legalizes same sex marriage and get marry there. After searching, we found out that in Argentina, foreign couples can marry there. Do you think Canadian immigration will recognize our marriage if we marry in Argentina? Another concern that I have is that, my partner applied for a student visa few monts ago and he was denied. The cause of denial based from the letter of the visa officer is that his current occupation has no relation with the field he wants to study in Canada. If I include him in my application now, do you think his previous denial will hava a negative effect in our application?

We have a lot of documents to prove our relationship, such as pictures, boarding passes, tickets when we went to museums, love letters, and some people who can testify about our relationship, pics of things/gifts he has given me

I am really in a dilemna now whether to include him in my application before my med request or just sponsor him after staying and working in Canada for 1 year.

I do not want to be away for a long time with my partner but I want to make sure that every single step will be the best for us.

Hi. Planing to apply as conjugal partner M2M. Do we really need to apply first a TRV and once refused thats the rime we can apply for conjugal partner? I need your views about our case. My partner wants to sponsor me to Canada as conjugal partner (same-sex relationship). Our story goes this way. I met my partner in February of 2012 when he joined the hospital where I was working here in the Philippines. From there we became close and exactly after a year one of us had the courage to propose and brought our relationship to the next level. We became officially a couple in February of 2013. But none of our co worker knew about our relationship since we are not out in public, even our families didn't know that we are into this. Only few of our close friends knew about us, only those who are in this kind of relationship. His family knew me but just as a best friend since we cannot just tell them that simple. What we usually do is during our days off we make it a point that see each other. And one of our friend lent us his condo unit so during off and long days off we spent our time together. We were together for 1 year and 2 months when he was still Here in Ph. He left for Canada in April 2014 when his PR was approved. So it has been 1 year and 6 months that we are in a long diatance relationship, but we constantly communicate via chat and facetime. And he also sends me financial support monthly. Instead of going home to visit me, to be more practical he just send the money instead of spending it for airfare and travel. We didn't also bother to apply a TVR since before he left for Canada I have applied for the Quebec Skilled Worker program and received my AOR in April 2014 same month that he left for Canada. We were expecting that soon I will be joing him in Canada even though he is un Ontario and I applied for Quebec at least it's nearer. But unforunately my QSW application has still no update despite receiving the AOR in April 2014. We cannot wait to be together and we cannot anymore wait for the QSW CSQ to be processed. We researched and stumble upon this conjugal partner sponsorship and we thought that we are qualified to apply. What do yiu think guys? Can I state in my application that we have tried to be together in Canada thru my QSW application in lieu of the TRV thats why we didnt try to apply. Is it fine to disclose my QSW application? As I am thinking it may help as a proof that we tried to be together in Canada. Or its better not to disclose.

We will be providing these proofs in the application:
- Our photos when he was still in our country, and photos in our out of town trip with his mom and sister.
- Certification that I am a supplementary card holder of his credit card since November 2013
- Proof of Remittance
- Chat logs, screen shots of our skype conversations and screen shots of our text message conversation when he was still in our country
- 3 Statutory declaration from our friends.

Hi guys, thank you i found this thread well im rellay planning to submit an application for my partner were F2F from the philippines. But I am hesitating because im not sure if maapprove. Because kkadating ko lang last june2015. Pero sobrang hirap na kasing mawalay sakanya so im planning to sponsor her as PR naman na aq. What doyou think guys? Do I still need to wait or pwede q na ba sya makuha? Please advice. Salamat.
