i mean kay girl29..first time nako naka ecounter ug user dire na refused sa spousal sponsorhip.....mao ako tell hubby nga naay user nga na refused sya....mao to iya ask if ang manila or ang cic nag send nya sa refusal...

anyway, naa koy kaila friend sa akoa husband nku minyo pud cya pinay, na pasa nila ilaha application last june 2011, and then somewhere in october nka larga na dyun cya, wla na interview.. dali rjud kaayo ang iyaha , hopefully ma approved pud amoa ug dali, by God's grace

maoba naa man kaha nimo imo passport?? so print ang email pa medical nalang...pero kadaghana pang send day hangtod mo reply sila syaro...maoba refused diay ka..giunsa nimo pag dawat by courrier or post...foreigner imo bana....in wat sense nakaingon sila dili genuene inyo marriage kay nagpakasal mo dayon or inyo communication.. sorry day ha curious lng ngano gabisaya hahhhaa...para naa lng knowledge day kay mag 11 months na ako application... If ur in 2010 applicant what month diay..then wat month sad na received nimo imo refusal kay mag compute ko.... ;D

Hello guys, sorry karun lang ko nag reply na busy gamay kay nag worried about sa letter nga wala naku nadawat!!Maam, Crisetphil,yea its true we got refused because of luck of evidence b4 plus the huge red flag is our age gap..We send our application around JUNE or July of 2010 I couldnt remember the exact Date,..But anyway we recieve the refusal letter through courrier me and my husband!Yes, my husband s canadian but dont worry kc f ur application being straightforward, I am sure Cem wil asked more documents f they needed more,!When he recieve the refusal letter he went back here and stayed with me for six months,and he informed the CIC that he was out of the country to visit here,so when he went back to canada last MAY he send the letter to the Appeal decision to let them know that he s ready to face the appeal,WE should get our appeal hearing last december 07 2011 but sad to say that my husband recieve letter from them that our appeal hearing s move to Feb. of this year because of there busy schedule,Finally when we recieve that our case was allowed,wil i guess i have long story sorry to read this...Time wil come we wil be with our loveones soon in canada ...Have faith on him because nothing are impossible to God,..

Dont worry God s good,..everything has reasons kung bakit magyayari ang hindi natin inaakala,..Pwede japun ka m tumbling while ga hulat sa atong visa ako gani tumbling2x balitok pa akong english hehehe!konti lang supporting docs namin nuon kc akala namin hindi na kailangan ung mga reciept or boarding pass,.kaya nung nag attend ang hubby ko sa hearing about our appealing halos 6 inchs..hehehe!Kaya minsan parang gusto na namin sumoko pero kailangan tamayo para ipakita sa kanila na mali ung decision ni VO,..Wer ka pala sa Cagayan de oro? dito lang ako sa gingoog city

Kapag tumawag sa manila embassy mag intertain ba sila?kc I just wanna ask kung bakit hindi ko natanggap ung letter nila?Dated May 07 2012 tapos July 03 lang namin nalaman na may hinihingi pala additional docs and medical instructions?what should I do email them or call?Please I need help,..I am sick and worry again
