Good morning everyone from Dawson Creek Canada.I am here quarantined upon arrival,and after that gonna join my college.I have one question,I just arrived and is very boring and depressing to me to be in one room.Would be okay to just take a walk around town,mean,its really anyone gonna gonna check us in quarantine?

It's quarantine. Of course you are not supposed to walk around town. You would be in clear violation of the law and subject to severe fines and more.
No - not OK. Yes - the government of Canada is running random checked and many people on this forum have been contacted or even visited. If you violate quarantine, you face the risk of substantial fines and it may impact your study permit.
I heard Canadian ghosts are also detective and they report it to the police everyday
