PLEASE ADVISE---- i got offer leter from MASTERS IN GLOBAL MANAGEMENT from royal roads university( 16 months fees 30,000 cad) and MANAGERIAL AND LEADERSHIP DIPLOMA from UWINNIPEG ( 14 months , 19,000 cad fees)

which to join, in view of getting pr faster

I don't know about the disciplines you mentioned above BUT A DEGREE PROGRAM i.e MASTERS FROM A UNIVERSITY IS FAR MORE WORTHY than some Diploma Certificate!

Masters is highly recommended.

thanks for the reply.. but masters is in british cloumbia, and in bc wont b able to apply for pr after studies. so diploma in manitoba, although just a diploma would lead to faster pr!!! please advise

Master is always a better option and you can apply for PR in BC after your studies, with the MGM prgram you will have 3 years of work permit.
