I have 10 years of experience in electrical equipment sales(retail) with an electrical engineering education background, currently working as sales manager ( planing NOC Code 0621) . My concern is will SINP or any other province will question about my manager position since I don't hold any MBA? I have read in NOC description that experience can be also counted to get into higher positions. Anyone out there can help on this query?

For SINP, your education must match your work experience so yes, it may be an issue.

Although I don't know how SINP evaluates matching education and work experience, the "employment requirements" in NOC 0621 list:

"A university degree or college diploma in business administration or other field related to the product or service being sold may be required."

Your electrical engineering degree is clearly related to electrical equipment sales, so unless SINP defines education requirements differently from the definition in the NOC, your work and education history should qualify.
