Manager resigned..What about reference letter? - Urgent- Pls respond

Hi,

I managed to get the reference letter mentioning my duties, roles, responsibilities with my manager contact details. I am yet to submit the same to CIC.
But i just came to know my manager resigned from my company last week. Would it be ok with submit the reference letter given by him?
Will the CIC accept this?

Please confirm, this is very urgent, as i need to arrange for alternate, if this wouldnt work..

That should be fine, as such things happen in organizations. But if you have a chance, try getting one more from the new manager, just in case
