I received PPR recently and have sent my documents to the VFS office in South Korea, where I currently reside. I explained in a cover letter that I will be leaving Korea on June 30 and asked that if my COPR is received after that time, if they could send the document to my family's US address, since I obviously won't be able to receive mail in Korea after leaving the country. I was told that they "cannot assure me" they would be able to do that. This seems like a situation where obvious common sense is not computing with the bureaucrats. Does anyone have experience dealing with this sort of situation?
