Major confusions regarding my degree

I have an Indian Bachelors of commerce degree(3 years), now I am seeking to do a post bacc accounting course so that I can later do my CPA there. But,

1) I first need to know what my BCOM degree is equal to in Canada.

2) Also say,I choose a 8 month program(post grad certificate from YorkU) I can only stay back for 8 months right? But in this period, how can I even finish my CPA and stay back?

If 8 month program is not enough for you, you should choose 3-4 years program. It's your choice.
