I meant his new application. Some province when applying for program they will ask you if you have been nominated or have applied to any provincial nominee program. So what should be your answer based on the outcome on what happened with the Ontario issue

I have some concerns, I have been in the pool and was considering applying for work permit. wanted to know if it is possible and how does it work. Cos I want to look at other options. What's the timeframe to be issued one.thanks

As long as she has a PR card or a PRTD which she will need to board a plane she will have no problem at all returning given as a PR she is entitled to enter Canada. In any case the residency obligation is 2 years out of 5 years from initial landing and she has only been away 8 months and only becomes an issue if she stayed away without returning at all until November 2021, but August 2020 is no problem at all. .

As I said she will travel to Canada in September 2019 for a month but what if she doesn’t travel now and instead she travel after her studies that is August 2020 so that will be like 20 months break she hasn’t been to Canada. Will it

She has to maintain 2 years of residency, during any 5 year period. Assuming she first landed in Dec 2018, she has until Dec 2021 to make the permanent move. So, she can come in September 2019 and then move permanently in September 2020.

She has to be present in Canada and remain there during the entire process of sponsoring you.
