Mailing PR card outside Canada

i thnk if sending the pr card outside canada is unavoidable u can do it..

not a problem..it is you taking the risk nt the govt

LEON a senior member with wide expertise in these matters has already confirmed that there is no law preventing u from sending PR cards by courier.

GMohiuddin if u have heard ( Suna Hai) please do not proceed and apply that law to urself.
