Mailing my PR-CEC application

Hi all, I am almost done with my application for PR. Tere are two options to send the application: Regular mail and by Courier. Do you think the second option is worthy? what do you suggest?

Canada post with tracking number will work best..

Definitely do courier. You want to be able to track everything.

I don' think it is regular mail. Xpresspost and Priority are courier service as I know.

I was reading other threads and many people says that Xpresspost is not courier but I already wrote down the address on the envelope. Do you think there is any problem if I send my envelope to the courier address?
