mailing labels? ..Plain A4 sheets or return envelope?

Is this just a plain A4 sheet with address mentioned on it (English and Official language) or a return address envelope? If so, any comment on its size?

its ur address (in english & native language) printed in A4 sheet paper, NOT an envelope.

My understanding of address label is a kind of a sticky label which you will type or cklearly written on top your full names and correct address.

We do not know the type of document (s) they may want to send to us. The reason why they did not mention the size of envelope.

The address label should be able to stick on any paper envelope.

Just another small doubt cropped up..

Regarding address on labels, is this of the place/country of residence or home country?
E.g. I am from India but currently residing in Bangkok (place of my work) and it's also my place of submission.

CIO will use this labels to stick it on the envelope in case your application is not successful and has to be returned to you. Write down the address that you will be able to receive your application on, in case it's are returned.

I just happened to read this -

-the address has to bring the mail they are sending to YOU! Call it what you want, mailing or residence, but it has to obviously reach you!

If it were me, I'd be sending sticky labels AND an envelope - just send it all - with the address on THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE MAIL AT!
