Mailing in FBI check and updated passport

searched but still unsure of which address to mail to. I finally received my FBI check back and have updated my name since marriage on my US passport, I want to mail the FBI check and a copy of my new passport in to go with my PR app but want to make sure I am sending to the correct address. I assume I mail these to Mississauga just like my PR app but need to send a note and reference my UCI number and Application number, is this correct? If sending to Mississauga I am guessing it is best to courier it as well with signature required? It took so long to get my FBI check I do not want to have it get lost or not to the correct address!!
I mailed my PR app on August 11 with a note saying I will mail the FBI check and my updated passport as soon as I have it. I have only received AOR as of yet, if that matters on where to send these.

Ok, so, I'm assuming you received an email from CIC with a document request? The address you are required to send these documents to are included in that email. I myself got a document request for the FBI report and the address was there. Carefully read the whole email or paper letter you were sent and it should say something along the lines of "Please forward these documents to the CPC-XXXXX within the next 90 days: ADDRESS"

No I have not received any request from CIC. I had mailed my PR app in without my FBI check as I did not have it from the FBI yet and I have updated my name to my married name on my passport since I applied so I want to mail these in before they ask for them.
