Keeping up with the posts on here and it seems like applications are being returned because the PA has a different mailing and residential address.

I put my parents address as his mailing address (Jamaica) because my husband's PO box is inaccessible to the point where he doesn't even have a number now and he receives all his mail online anyways. Therefore no PO box number is on the any of the forms.

I didn't realize you have to use the use of representative form for this although technically I do not want them to correspond only with my parents. We did provide his email address on the forms though so my question is will they overlook the difference of address since they will correspond by email? Both are Jamaican addresses.

They still pay attention to the mailing and residential addresses matching, even if you indicate you'd rather receive correspondence by email (speaking from experience - I am one of those people who had their applications sent back due to mismatched addresses). If both are Jamaican addresses, it's possible you will be fine, although it's impossible to say for sure. I have been led to believe that one address being in a different country than the other is what triggers them asking for the Use of a Representative form.

Ok thank you. Hopefully it is not an issue as they've updated the forms and if the application is returned that'll be a lot of work to get it sent out again
