"This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue the processing of your application, the following information and documents are required:

> Please complete the attached mailing address form. This must be received at this office by: 2015/09/11

(Date format is YYYY/MM/DD)

If you have been requested to submit a form, please find them on our website at
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/index.asp


Please submit the requested documents as a single package. PLEASE RETURN THIS LETTER WITH THE REQUESTED DOCUMENTS.

Documents should be photocopies of the originals and should be accompanied by either English or French translation. Notarized statements are not adequate substitutes. Please note that police certificates and passports must be originals.

The above information/documents must be received in our office by the above stated deadline. Failure to do so could result in the refusal of your application. Please quote your complete application number on your correspondence and address your correspondence to the address indicated below.

Please keep this office informed of any change of mailing address, telephone number or email address by submitting an updated IMM008 Generic application form accompanied by an updated IMM5476 Use of Representative form if you have a representative.

Is it requesting the mailing address only? I need to send they a physical document instead of email? Actually, I am visiting my husband in Canada, and will back to HK later...

Should I provide an address in HK or Canada?
