Mailing address for PR Card

Hi there,
I am sure there would be lot of people who don't have anyone in Canada, hence though of creating a new thread.
I am planning to do a soft landing in 3 months from now. But I am not sure how to get PR Card delivered as I don't have any mailing address in Canada and since I am just making a soft landing, I can't stay in Canada for 2 months (processing time of issuance of PR Card),I am unable to find a way out. Though I did heard of ups mail box rental facility but I don't if cic will accept that. Has anyone availed UPS mail box rental and forwarding service. or kindly provide a solution.

Haven't done my soft landing yet but Am about to and very likely to use that service

UPS also offers mailboxes that have street address (not PO box).
