Hi after sending the application i just found that i need to put my name and DOB on the back of each photo but i just wrote on the back of one photo.. will that be a problem .. ?

*The back of one (1) photograph must:
4bear the name and date of birth of the subject, as well as the name and complete address of the photography studio 4bear the date the photograph was taken
Pretty sure it only needed to be one. Above came off the photo specification sheet on the CIC website. Unless it changed for the new applications

Its actually okay to send an additional form or replacements without any file number yet. Just write his/her name, sponsor's name, UCI and birthday then the applicant would be fine at all.PMM said:
