Mailbox full for Kitchener Visa office

My brother is sponsoring our parents and IRCC kitchener asked for additional docs.

When he emailed the docs just now at the email address listed in the request letter: kitchener.interview@cic.gc.ca , he got an auto reply back from the email address saying:

The recipients mailbox is full and cant accept any new messages. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly.

Any suggestions what to do here or has anybody dealt with this kind of situation before? Please help

Can he try a webform? Or calling ircc for info? I know it sucks trying to get through on the phone

He can try but the webform will also triage it to the same office email address i am guessing. And also the request letter said to specifically email the docs at that address.

Any other suggestions? Anybody dealt with this kind of situation and what to do?

Maybe https://secure.cic.gc.ca/feedback-retroaction/feedback-retroaction-eng.aspx (to tell them the mailbox is full)

I'd guess that webforms have a different destination address than straight up emails but that's just a guess. I'd try this first personally.

Could also just try resending daily and see if it eventually gets through. If no one's emails are getting through you'd hope they'd notice and investigate.

Talk to mp - they apparently have a phone line for mp offices that they have to actually answer and maybe the mp office can let them know the mailbox is full and ask what you should do.


Would recommend a multiprong approach.
