Mail to FBI - Not Delivered - "item is now available for pick up"

hi, my mail to FBI is not delivered yet and say "item is now available for pick up". I heard FBI won't pickup from Post Office. I don't know what to do. Anyone faced or facing same problem?

FBI picks up its mail 1-2 times a week.

Did they ever pick up your mail from the post office. I sent finger prints to FBI too and shows its available for pickup. Can you update me how long it takes them to pick up the mail if they ever do it.

Hi, The item was delivered on the same day. I realized it after i received verification confirmation from FBI (with 3-5 days). But the status of postal has never changed. So don't worry.

Hey did the mail been delivered to FBI? My mail status says available to pickup without attempting delivery? IS this normal? Will it be delivered?
