Hi everyone ,
I am sponsoring my husband and we are doing the inland application in Canada.
When I started the application we had been married a few months but i hadn't changed my name yet so the application is done in my maiden name. However , I have now completed my name change with ID ( except birth certificate ) and also now have alot of documents, bills etc in my married name.
My question is .. is it ok to leave the application as is and explain that i was in the middle of name change when doing it or should I redo application in my married name so everything matches up.? I wanna to obviously make it as easy as possible for the officer to understand and follow but at the same time , I'm thinking they will
