Hello,
We are in a common law relationship. My PR card will be issued with my maiden name. We will get married in 2016 and I will take my fiancé's name.
Question: Do I need to contact CIC about the name change? I assumed so.
Will I need to apply for a change of name on the PR card as well as my passport? I have a EU Polish passport, so should I have my name changed in the passport first and then apply for a change in the PR card?
