So, I've submitted my study permit application. Apparently, I was supposed to fill a "proof of upfront medical exam" when submitting my application, but I never got this form. I think this could've been because, in my questionnaire, I said "no" to if I have lived in a designated country for more than 6 months. But I just got to know that my country IS a designated country. So I was just wondering if they will catch on to this and let me know through email and request my proof of medical exam, or should I just withdraw my application and submit another one? I'm just really, really worried.

No need to worry....I also made a mistake in the form...I immediately raised a webform and attached the correct form in it on 3 May. I got reply from IRCC on 14 May that They have got my document.
Nothing to worry. Just raised a webform. They can ignore it but be on your safe side and attach a corrected on document by explaining your case.

You can go and get your upfront medical exam done, then send a webform with an explanation of your error, and attach the eMedical sheet you'll get from the Physician. Not a big deal at all.

So seems you went via SDS stream. Just bear in mind there are some other criteria's you need to meet. Language test, GIC & 1 year tuition fees and belong to one of the SDS participating country. If yes, then you can do your medical and submit the form via webform and explain the error.

You cannot withdraw your application. You need to wait till someone comes back to you.
