Made a mistake in IMM 5669 while submitting

I (sponsor) submitted my spouse’s PR application on Oct 1. I noticed that i made a mistake in the Yes/No question in IMM5669.
Have you or, any of your family members listed in this application, ever:
been refused refugee status, an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de Sélection du Québec [CSQ] or application to the Provincial Nominee Program) or a visitor or temporary resident visa, for Canada or any other country or territory?"

My wife had a US visa rejection in the past and NO was entered for the above question. Is there any way to correct it? I haven't got the AOR.
Please let me know how do to make changes to this?

You should raise a webform to inform IRCC about this. Also kindly share your experience of how you have rectify your mistake.
