Just report your mistake to IRCC using webform and rectify the mistake and submit the rectified from by attaching it in the same webform.

No add detailed explanation in the webform, send the updated form also attach the rejection/approval letter any visa which got refused or approved in the past. I did the same for my application. Added details to the schedule A and attached letters from govt for all visa's in supporting docs for clear pictures and easy access.

It will be much worse if you don't tell them and they find out themselves.

Is it a good idea to remake the schedule A and send it? I apply for the pathway for colombian, venezuelan and haiti program.
This is the best way out to tell them if there are any issues. Because if they figure it out themselves then it is a case of misinterpretation of the information. Rest is upto you whatever you feel comfortable with, But telling IRCC your mistake and rectifying it using webform is what they recommend and will never refuse application due to that cause.

Yes, redo the schedule and include a short letter of explanation that you realized your mistake and therefore providing corrected schedule A. It's nice if you point out the main difference eg "see attached schedule A with corrections made in section [whatever] as I realize now this was to include tourist and short-term visitor visas, which I did not understand before, and shows [visas I applied for before]." (obviously change the text to fit circumstances)
