My wife is a MA in English and perusing her PhD. in literature.Below are her credentials :
Credential 1
Country of Education: India
Name of Degree: Bachelor of Arts
Name of Institution: Nagpur University
Equivalency in Canada: Bachelor's degree (3 years)

Credential 2
Country of Education: India
Name of Degree: Master of Arts
Name of Institution: Pune University
Equivalency in Canada: Master's degree(2 years)

Her work experience is as below :
Full time University Faculty : 1 Year Experience
Part time University Faculty : 2 Year Experience
Editor,Writer : 2.5 Year Experience

It will be great help if you let me know:
1 : What is her WES Equivalence in Canada?
2 : Is it possible for us to show "3 years or more years of experience" in her case?

2. Does she have letters from employer showing duration, hours per week, job duties, compensation etc.?
