Diploma mill. Ask your agent how much he is getting from the school to get you to apply to it

It's known in the trade as a "visa school" and I'm surprised it is an approved DLI.

Using an agent is not a good idea. You need to be intelligent enough to do your own research. Maclean's is the way Canadians research, as well as looking up websites of individual institutions.
