Médical exam for permanent residency

Hello every one.I applyed for the pr category sponsoring ship in juin 2017, when I sent my file I sent the e-medical with, yesterday I received à message in my account
Result exam : we have requiered a medical exam
I have to do a New medical exam but I did not understand why???
I called IRCC and they said maybe because your exam of juin will expire soon that's why they asked me for a New one.
Is that true ? ?? Or something is wrong.

They sometimes ask for another medical if it close to expiry, yes

Super normal they request another when it’s close to expire
