LVO sep applicant

I am also a Sept applicant in LVO (officer: MCH) and have requested for notes two days back. Let's see.

Please confirm my thoughts by responding to these observations:

Its like most people that got photo request are yet to get a response from LVO.
Does it mean that our files went back on queue (not considering our original timeline)
Or something went wrong with the application of those who got photo request?
I am just trying to wonder what could be the cause of this unnecessary delay for most Sept applications.

Also, it is like people with my NOC (0311-Managers in health care) must experience delay because no one has reported any progress since PER.
Even the record on spreadsheet has not shown any significant progress for this NOC.

See my timeline on left. I got a photo request in Feb and got MR+PCC on 10 June, so I guess the random delays might be due to background and/or security checks. Can't say about your NOC in particular.

This is a patient process, but in the end, almost everyone does get through.

I am in PNP category with a NOC 0631 job offer. i am confused about my IELTS results.

Writing: 6.5 Band
Reading: 5.5 Band
Speaking: 6.0 Band
Listening: 6.0 Band

Overall 6.0

I have requested for GCMS notes on 28th July 2015, hoping to see when will they bring forward the file for processing.

I made a general inquiry to london visa office and below is the reply I got on July 30, 2015

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is in response to your enquiry.
Your application is in process or waiting to be reviewed by an immigration officer. No further action is required by you at this time.
Our office will contact the applicant when a decision has been made or if further information is required. Immigration decisions and information requests are sent by post or email to the addresses provided in the application.

We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.

Looking forward to see some progress from the slowest visa office of CIC always, some of my friends waited min 3 years to complete their apps in LVO makes me wonder whats going on in the london visa office.

I got GCMS notes yesterday, it shows due date as 2016/06/06 almost all the fields value says "not started" not sure if the due date is when application will be taken to process or if that's the completion date. However, I see last log on the paper file as PA=Put Away. LVO is probably the worst slowest office among all the CIC offices worldwide. Only other due date on the notes is 2015/12/19 not sure what that is all about.

Fingers crossed with LVO. Hope they won't ditch the applications as backlog in 2016 as they did with the pre feb 2008 apps.

If anyone has gcms notes pls share your due date or any other updates.

Have you received any document request or photo request? Who is your vo?
20160606 is a terrible long waiting.

My timeline is in my previous post. I dont think its just me who has the 2016/06/06 due date. I dont know who is the visa officer. It says assigned to BC03142 assigned by GR00090, not sure what that means, paper file location BC03142
