Dear Fahad / Fuad and Anpudan

Why you people did not contacted CHC London after 4 weeks of your PPs delivered ? I think if you people have contacted them something came out differently rather then of waiting and waiting.....

I have noticed some of people are still waiting even after 2 months passed after pps sent to LVO.

I really can't understand why people are little relaxed/afraid of sending emails to respective visa officers ? I think there is no harm in doing it at this final stage !!!!

We already send CSE on 20 Dec. and our visa Officer replied on 21 Dec and he said: we received your PP and waiting in queu for visa issuance, you will receive your PP on first or second week of Jan 2013....

Also we send another CSE yesterday but no answer until now....

Dear All, alhamdolellah i got decision made today on my e-case

and looks like passports with visa stamped will be sent to all of us at the end of this week insha'allah

That's great ! this is what I wanted to know from some of you that have you ever write to VO or not ! buts its good to know the email reply.

Can someone through light on my timeline as I have sent PP to LVO which was received on 27th Dec 2012.

I am bit worried about my E Case as it is still showing in process even after sending Passports.

Any idea or should I write an email to LVO or its too early ?

As I know, any VO would reply to any CSE only if the case file is moving slower than processing time.
If it's with in their timeline, I don't reply at all....this is what I've experienced.

With the Grace of Lord Swaminarayan, I have received my passport back (No visa - only COPR, I am British Citizen).

My timeline is as follow:

Medical Done on 12/03/2012

Re-medical (TB test and chest X-Ray) done in July 2012

CSE sent on 14 November 2012 explaining my medical expired in March 2013

PPR received by e-mail on 20 November 2012.

PP received by LVO on 27 November 2012

CSE sent on 03/01/2013 explaining my medical will be expired in 9 weeks

Received following reply on same day (03/01/2013):

Good afternoon,

Thank you for your enquiry.

Your visas are due to be printed tomorrow and should be returned to you next week (commencing 7 January 2013). I hope this information is of assistance.


Ecas status change to DM on 08/01/2013

PP received back 09/01/2013

I am UK base applicant so PP received next day after ecas changed to DM.

May Lord Swaminarayan fulfil all's dream very soon.

Iam in da UAE.. My PPs reached LVO on 19 Nov and DM on the 16th Nov.

Samy and manfazal did ur canadian address appear??

Soory, I just got a little confused on your comment.
How come a Canadian address will appear on the ECAS even before SamySam / Manfazal Lands there?
Am i missing out something?

Im awaiting my passports back which reached LVO on 25th Nov.

I'm happy to inform you that we have received our passports together with visas today. Visa has been stamp/printed on December 28, 2012. Planning to land in toronto in March 2013.
