our passports were received by mageste on 19th Nov but no response yet. I checked the ecas too..no change. i m in Malaysia.

Hey guys, wish u all a healthy, happy & prosperous new year.

For all my fellow members sailing in the same boat as me ( ppts received in LVO around Nov 20th), viz anpudan, tocanadame, manafzal, Fahad Siddiqui, Fuad Mali, nilosha - keep ur spirits up & hope we start our new year with the good news that we have been waiting for- right in the very first week of 2013!!!! IshaAllah. Apologies if I missed out somebody from the above list.

PPs sent on 25th Dec 2012 and really its a patience game ! even at this last state we have to wait with no 100% surety that PPs would come with Visas and COPR ! as per PEHP Letter they clearly mentioned that you should not sell your property, don't quite from job etc till you get the visas !!!! (really this process is killing us softly )

Thanks tocanadame. I believe u r right - my medicals do expire early April. Don't worry, u r next & will see ur ecas status change very soon. Due to holiday season, lots of organizations operate with much reduced staff strength and work is bound to be sluggish. Pl keep us updated. All the best!

Don't worry much about the exclusions as these are standard wording. We even normally say this in our day to day office work life. U can say 99% of cases had been processed successfully after they issued the medicals. U can assume that if cic issued the medicals ur case is technically concluded. Don't stress your self much about it.

It has been 6 weeks and I have not heard anything from LVO, i sent them an email today and asked for the update. When they asked for my passport, the maximum duration was 6 weeks. I am so worries, especially i live in th UK so i was expecting my passport to be send back much earlier

I live in the UK and was expecting my passport to recive back in three weeks. This week is sixth week since my passport was recived by CHC and my ecase status is still "In Process".

Furthermore, My medical is expired in 9 weeks so i am on very tight time scale.

Hope we both received passport before end of next week.

Update your staus and let us know if you recive any reply from LVO. Who is your Visa Officer? mine is JMR

Oh so we are on the same both, I think mine is RIH, my medical expires in August, but the problem is that my UK visa expires in February!!!

Yesterday, I sent CSE explaining them my medical is expired in March. I recieved reply same day. They said my visa is due to be printed today and will dispatch my passport in next week (Week commencing 7th January).

You should send CSE and explain them your visa will be expired in February. They may speed up your process

it states" ur visas are in process and passports will be sent shortly"
Secondly, I have a question,,,"how u guys know abt ur visa officer"??
