The problem is if we do not get back our passport by 21st December, we are not gonna have them until the mid-end of January, because of holidays which start from the 21st, i myself live in the UK

Hi Niosha... aren't you have the option to collect your PP personally...? Fuad is right we have to be positive... if we did not receive it next week be thankful still, because we are on the process of waiting for our passports we're others are still waiting long time for their passports to be requested from them....on the other hand we are still lucky guys ....be positive....

How many days leave people get for Christmas in UK. I believe it should not be more than 5 working days (including January 1). Worse come worse we should receive our passports in first week of January. Ideally we can expect a delay of 1 week. Am I right?
